Stacy and I ran in the 5th annual St. Patty’s Day 5k ShockRun at The Village Tavern.
The Run/Walk raises money to donate defibrillators to groups, organizations, companies or individuals that are in need of an AED in Montgomery County.
Its a tough run, but a very fun time and excellent cause they we are proud to support.
