My background spans software engineering, infrastructure, ecommerce, and operations across manufacturing, engineering and construction, distribution, and healthcare. That range lets me step into complex environments quickly, work alongside existing IT teams, and help leadership fix what's creating daily friction — without disrupting what's already working.
