Middleford Homeowner Association Portal Job:   Created a complete portal solution for all residents of the Middleford community in Springfield, VA. Utilizing common open source tools, this low-cost solution helped the Middleford Homeowner Association Board save money on paper announcements and neighborhood security warnings. It provided quick and easy management for board members with little or no computer background and had custom security code enabled so that only local residents could see sensitive neighborhood information. Other features included: Board Member contact information, local emergency numbers, a complete forum system where residents could sell/query for items, weather reports, a simple polling module to gauge resident's opinions on certain neighborhood concerns, and the ability to create news items that allowed residents to contribute immediate feedback.

Florida Key Realtor Job:   Complete site redesign; web presence consultation; created a new corporate logo for client; integrated a custom real-estate management system; and built a custom real-estate property image system. The site has a specialized search engine, so that potential customers can quickly find upcoming properties to the Florida real-estate market and contact the corresponding real-estate agent. The property management system allows the easy ability to change, update and remove properties within seconds.
